The Perfect Date

Have you seen Miss Congeniality? Then you've probably seen this image floating around.

I'd like to know, where do you live... and what is your ideal date?

When I was in Phoenix, Arizona... and my idea date was December 13th. When I was in school, I'd get out at around that time. The weather is perfect. It's when we get to wear boots and coats and drink warm tomato soup with grilled cheese because it's cold outside. It's so close to Christmas time and there's so much to look forward to. I know a ton of December birthdays, not to mention all your friends and family returning home.

On the other hand, this year in Seattle, I can't wait for a warm spring day.

  1. LOL at this. Springtime in Texas is pretty damn great (pre-bug season). I love when it starts getting warmer out

  3. Haha- love this movie! I'd say my ideal date is May 15th- spring is normally at full height here in KC! Everything is green + gorgeous, and it's warm but it's not full-blown summer yet.

  4. I live in Vancouver and my ideal date is a simple dinner out with my hubby and coming home to watch a movie together while pigging out on snacks =P

  8. Ahh, I love that movie! Since I live in Lithuania, I'd say summer time or early autumn. Not too cold and the sun is shining :)

  9. What an interesting question! I haven't lived in New York that long, so I barely even know what spring feels like, but I loved early autumn, when the air was just beginning to feel crisp-- like late September? Although I have a feeling that early May is going to be beautiful.

  10. Hmm...Maybe October 25. Autumn is my fave season, so I can imagine the crisp air, the leaves, all of it!
